4. Discord Integration

Our CMS integrates with Discord for authentication and role management. When you link your Discord account, we access your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and guild membership status. We use this data solely for identity verification and automatic role synchronization within our Discord server. We do not access your private messages or activity on other Discord servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared in limited circumstances:

• Community Staff: Authorized staff and administrators may access member data for administrative purposes such as processing applications, managing departments, and handling disciplinary matters.
• Third-Party Services: We use Discord and, where applicable, TeamSpeak for communication. These platforms have their own privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our community members.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services. Disciplinary records may be retained indefinitely for community safety. If you leave the community, your core account data may be retained for record-keeping purposes but will no longer be actively processed. You may request data deletion by contacting community administration.

The CMS uses session cookies to maintain your login state and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Session data is stored temporarily and is deleted when your session ends or you log out.
